Head Physiotherapist Chris Adkins is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist—a title that’s only awarded to physiotherapists who have dedicated themselves to the field. His experience as an elite athlete and commitment to sports physiotherapy has seen him secure the role of Head Physiotherapist for the Essendon Bombers VFLW squad. Chris has additionally served as a Sports Physiotherapist for numerous leagues and events, including the AFL, ITF and ATP tennis tour events, as well as WNBL and NBL1 basketball.
He brings a holistic approach to every client, be they suffering from sports injuries, post-surgical issues or general musculoskeletal injuries. As a member of the physiotherapy team for the Bendigo Emergency Health Department, he has experience in acute injury and facture assessment and management. By leveraging approved techniques and advanced technology, Chris and his team will help address the root of your ailment, focusing on activity, movement and exercise.

Hamish Richards is a Physiotherapist with a strong passion for treating musculoskeletal injuries, shaped by his upbringing in rural south-east South Australia where he participated in cross-country running, cricket and AFL football. This background gives him a solid understanding of injuries across all levels, from weekend warriors to elite athletes.
After graduating from La Trobe University in 2022 with a Masters in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise Science, Hamish began in the outpatient sector at Dhelkaya Health before moving into private practice in Bendigo, where he has been practising for over 2.5 years.
He has completed further training across the neck, shoulder, lower back, hip and knee, with a particular interest in knee injuries. Hamish has also worked as a Sports Trainer for the VFLW and AFLW Western Bulldogs teams, and as Senior Physiotherapist for Victorian and NSW Junior Futsal teams.
Hamish takes an evidence based, person centred approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs and goals to support long term outcomes.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his partner and friends, and supporting the Adelaide Crows.

Sarah Blake is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, having completed her Diploma through Evolve College. She is passionate about helping clients restore balance, relieve pain and improve overall wellbeing through tailored, results driven treatment.
Sarah focuses on identifying the root cause of discomfort, using techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to support recovery and long term results. Her approach is centred on helping clients move more freely, improve mobility and feel better both physically and mentally.
Through remedial massage, Sarah works to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility and support the body’s natural healing process. Her treatments can assist with managing tight or overused muscles, reducing pain and tension, improving circulation and promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Sarah takes a personalised approach to every session, ensuring each treatment is suited to the individual’s needs and goals.
